I recently stayed at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport and found the staff to be super friendly and helpful, which really made my experience special. However, there were some setbacks with cleanliness in my room and the initial room assignment wasn't what I expected. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there were some aspects that could use improvement.

My room was comfortable with a good amount of space, but I was disappointed to find it wasn't as clean as I hoped. There were even yellow water drops dripping from the bathroom ceiling, which was pretty off-putting.

While the staff provided really good service, particularly Joseph Sinay, Jr., who was notably friendly and patient, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I encountered bugs and found surfaces that needed better attention, which greatly affected my experience.
